AI Concierge · ongoing, done with you
We become the AI expert inside your business, month by month.
The AI Concierge is where the hours actually come back. Each month we take one workflow, simplify it, build the automation between our calls and roll it out across your team, so the work comes off your plate rather than onto it. Two 45 minute calls are the whole commitment from you.
Rolling monthly. Cancel with 30 days notice.
- Your time 90 min a month
- Calls 2 × 45 min
- Workflows 1 a month
- Support reply 1 working day
- Term Rolling monthly
What happens each month?
Every month has the same four parts. You are on two calls; everything else happens in the background, on our time.
45 MINUTES, ON ZOOM
Call one: what matters this month
We look at where the work is piling up right now, check it against your roadmap, and agree the one workflow worth fixing this month. You talk, we take notes. Nothing to prepare.
BETWEEN THE CALLS
Then we go away and build it
The work happens between the calls, not in front of you. We simplify the process first, build it in the right tool, connect it to what you already use, and test it before you see it.
45 MINUTES, ON ZOOM
Call two: review and roll out
We walk you through what is now running, adjust anything that does not fit how you actually work, and agree how it rolls out across the team. Then it is off your plate for good.
ALL MONTH
Priority support, and your ledger
Direct access by email or WhatsApp in between, with a reply within one working day. Every month is logged with what was built and the hours it returned.
What gets built between the calls?
Whatever is costing your team the most hours, one workflow at a time. These are the kinds of jobs that come up most often in owner led businesses of three to twelve people.
| The job today | What it becomes |
|---|---|
| Meeting notes and follow up emails | Notes written from the call, replies drafted in your own tone from a short prompt, ready to check and send. |
| Retyping between systems | The figures entered once and pulled into one live view, so nobody re-keys the same eight fields twice. |
| Quotes from scratch | Quotes built from a template and the enquiry itself, so the ninetieth quote takes minutes, not an hour. |
| Chasing invoices | Reminders that go out on schedule in the right tone, so the awkward email stops being postponed. |
| Client onboarding | A self serve, trackable sequence with automatic reminders, instead of chasing each step by hand. |
| Enquiries and follow up | Every new enquiry creates its own task and first reply, so no lead goes cold waiting for the second message. |
Which tools do you use?
Existing software first. If something you already pay for, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, can do the job, we build it there. Next comes a ready made tool connected to what you have, and only when a workflow earns it, a custom automation. Software subscriptions are yours, and you see the monthly cost of anything new before we set it up.
Larger projects that sit outside the monthly scope are quoted separately, so you always know exactly what is included.
What is the ledger?
The ledger is the running record of what the Concierge has returned to your business. Every month gets a line: what was built, the hours a week it gives back, and what that is worth a year at the £15 delegation rate.
| Month | What went live | Hrs / week | A year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Month one | Enquiry replies from a template | 1.5 | £1,080 |
| Month two | Onboarding automation | 3.0 | £2,160 |
| Running total | 4.5 | £3,240 |
An illustrative example in the ledger's format, not a client result. Hours a week, times 48 working weeks, times £15.
Each quarter you also receive a one page summary. If you have had an assessment, it measures the ledger against the hours your report identified, so you can see how much of the opportunity is now live.
Unlike a new hire, every fix that goes live keeps working next month and every month after. The hours stack; a salary never does.
What does the Concierge guarantee?
Something new is live in your business every month, or that month is free.
If a month goes by without at least one new automation or improvement live in your business, that month is free.
No long contract either, because the results should be the reason you stay. The Concierge is rolling monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Who is the AI Concierge for?
Owner led businesses of three to twelve people who know where their hours are going and would rather have the fixes built with them than learn to build them alone.
It suits you if
- You have a list of fixes, from your assessment or your own notes, and no time to work through it.
- You want the work taken off your plate, not explained to you.
- You can give us 90 minutes a month and a quick reply when we ask.
- You want to see the hours returned, month by month, in writing.
It is not for you if
- You would rather implement everything yourself from a plan. The £997 assessment and its 4 day quick win plan are built for that.
- You need one large piece of bespoke software rather than steady monthly fixes.
- Nobody on the team has time to try what we build and tell us what does not fit.
Questions about the AI Concierge
Do I need the assessment first?
It is not required, but it is the best place to start. The assessment report gives us a costed, prioritised roadmap to work through, so the Concierge starts building from month one. Without one, we agree the first workflow together on call one.
How much of my time does it take?
Ninety minutes a month: two 45 minute calls on Zoom. The building, testing and connecting happens between the calls, on our time.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The AI Concierge is £1,500 a month, rolling monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What if nothing goes live in a month?
Then that month is free. If a month goes by without at least one new automation or improvement live in your business, you do not pay for it.
Will AI replace my team?
At three to twelve people it almost never does. What it replaces is the part of everyone's job they hate and are worst at: the retyping, the chasing, the copy and paste between systems. That frees your team for the work they were hired to do.
Ready to have it done with you?
Tell us a little about your business and what is eating your team's week. If you have not had an assessment yet, that is usually the best place to begin.
