Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
No. Danni, our AI business analyst, asks about the jobs that fill your week in plain English, and you answer from memory. There is no form to fill in beforehand and no homework afterwards.
Why is the discovery call run by an AI?
Because we use the technology we recommend, and a natural 45 minute conversation with an AI agent about your own business is the quickest way to see what AI can actually do. People also tend to be more candid when there is nobody to perform for. Everything after the call is human: Christian, our Founder, reads the full transcript and builds your report himself.
What happens after the Results Session?
You choose. Some owners take the 4 day quick win plan and implement it themselves. Others ask us to do it with them through the AI Concierge, or as a one off project. There is no obligation beyond the assessment itself.
We already use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Is it still worth it?
Usually, yes. Using one of them for the odd task is a good start, but the value tends to sit in the workflows nobody has connected yet. Your report works with whatever you already pay for, and if your current tools can already do the job, it tells you that.
How do I claim the refund?
