The Hidden Hours Score
A free scorecard for owner led businesses of three to twelve people. It counts the hours your team loses to the tasks nobody ever put on a job description: the chasing, the retyping, the booking. It takes three minutes, and your number appears as soon as you finish.
Free. Sixteen questions, three minutes. Opens in a new tab, and your results arrive straight away.
What you get, and what happens next
Total hours a week, broken down across six everyday tasks, ranked so you can see which three matter.
Hours are valued at £15, what it costs to delegate the work, never your own charge out rate. Conservative on purpose, so you can check it.
Danni, our AI business analyst, pins down one task to take off your plate, and we hand you the fix on a short follow up call.
The score is where most people start. If it shows real hours sitting in your week, the next step is the Simplish AI Assessment, which turns the number into a costed plan and guarantees to find at least 5 hours a week you and / or your team could get back.
The scorecard runs on ScoreApp, who process your answers and contact details on our behalf. See our privacy policy. If you would rather talk it through, email hello@simplish.ai.
