Simplish AI helps owner led businesses of three to twelve people find the hours their team loses to admin, then uses AI to take that work off their plates. It was founded in 2026 by Christian Rodwell, our Founder, and is based in Bournemouth, working remotely with English speaking businesses.

What does Simplish AI do?
Simplish AI finds where AI saves time in your business, not what AI could theoretically do, and then helps you put it to work. Everything is measured in hours, valued at what the work would cost to delegate.

A ten minute call with Danni, our AI business analyst, to pin down one repetitive task, then a fifteen minute call with Christian, our Founder, who hands you the fix.

A 45 minute discovery call, a nine slide report in 48 hours and a 60 minute Results Session. Five to seven opportunities, each costed and prioritised, with the tool named for every one.

We become the AI expert inside your business, month by month: one workflow at a time, simplified first, then automated, with every month logged in your ledger.
What exactly does Simplish AI guarantee?
One thing. Your assessment report will identify at least 5 hours a week you and / or your team could get back, counted from your own stated hours, or you receive a full refund. The promise is about hours identified in the report. We do not guarantee a figure in pounds, and we never promise hours you will go on to save, because that depends on what you choose to implement.
The AI Concierge carries its own monthly promise: if a month goes by without at least one new automation or improvement live in your business, that month is free.
The founder
Who is Christian Rodwell?
Christian Rodwell, our Founder, is a Bournemouth based business owner, author and podcast host. His career began in 1999 in the music industry, and for more than a decade since he has worked with the owners of small businesses, first through Escape the Rat Race and then as Membership Director at WealthBuilders.
Across 417 podcast episodes and years of conversations with owners, one problem came up more than any other: never enough time. Simplish AI is built to solve exactly that, for the businesses that feel it most and can least afford a large consultancy.
He reads every discovery call transcript, writes every report himself, and runs every Results Session personally. He also built Danni, our AI business analyst, and the systems behind each report, which are the same kind of automation Simplish AI puts into a client's business.

Your discovery call is run by Danni, our AI business analyst, an AI voice agent built by Christian, our Founder. It is the quickest way to experience what AI can actually do for a business your size.
Existing software first.
If a tool you already pay for can do the job, we tell you that instead of selling you something new. Recommendations name the tool, its monthly cost and how long it takes to set up.
Honest numbers.
Hours are valued at £15, the cost of delegating the work, never your own charge out rate. Every assumption is printed on the page, so the numbers survive a conversation with your accountant.
We tell you when the answer is no.
If AI honestly is not the right fix for a task, you will hear that. Simplifying the process comes before any technology, because automating a tangle only makes the tangle faster.
